Desde 1936 Costa Rica participa en los Juegos Olímpicos. Y este 2024, por primera vez, el Equipo Olímpico Nacional lucirá una piel con un diseño único que refleja la esencia costarricense, así como los valores de fortaleza, dedicación, autenticidad y compromiso de superar obstáculos y cumplir metas que promueve la marca Everlast, patrocinadora de la indumentaria.

Por eso, nos enorgullece ser los primeros en crear un uniforme para los atletas costarricenses que asistirán a los Juegos Olímpicos. El diseño de la indumentaria que llevarán a París celebra los tesoros naturales de Costa Rica, como lo muestra el estampado presente en las diferentes prendas; también el esfuerzo y la valentía de cada deportista, así como la emoción de ver a nuestra bandera en el mayor evento multideportivo internacional”, indica Max Suchar, Director Comercial de Deportes Jimmy Costa Rica, representantes exclusivos de Everlast en el país.
El uniforme de los atletas para la edición número 31 de los Juegos Olímpicos comprende un conjunto de jacket y pantalón de buzo o jogger, una camiseta roja y una blanca, calzado deportivo, gorra y otros accesorios de Everlast. Las piezas cuentan con las tecnologías textiles más avanzadas, entre ellas, el sistema EverCool™ propio de la marca y que favorece la ventilación y el control de la temperatura corporal; así como la plantilla honeycomb o tipo panal que brinda un ajuste perfecto al pie, un alto nivel de flexibilidad y de absorción de impactos, entre otros beneficios.

VESTÍ COMO LOS CAMPEONES. Por primera vez en el país, la afición deportiva tendrá la oportunidad de lucir prendas similares a las de los atletas olímpicos y mostrarles así también su apoyo en el máximo evento del Ciclo Olímpico, que se desarrollará entre el 26 de julio y el 11 de agosto.
“Nuestros atletas harán su mejor esfuerzo para poner en alto el nombre del país, por lo que invitamos a todos a identificarse con ellos, mediante las distintas piezas (jacket, jogger, camisetas, tenis y accesorios) de la Colección Olímpica 2024, las cuales se encuentran disponibles en diferentes puntos de venta, para que los aficionados puedan lucirlas para motivar y apoyar a los atletas nacionales en su preparación deportiva”, agrega Suchar.
