Vuelve la temporada de Tri Urbano

La temporada 2024 está por iniciar y en los primeros meses tendremos el regreso de los triatlones urbanos organizados por la Federación Unida de Triatlón (Feutri).

El tri inicial será el próximo domingo 18 de febrero en La Sabana y las inscripciones ya se encuentran abiertas hasta el 14 de febrero, con un cupo máximo de 300 participantes.

El segundo evento será el domingo 17 de marzo, también en La Sabana.

Al igual que el año anterior, serán competencias con eliminatoria y final. Clasificarán los primeros 20 hombres y 20 mujeres del grupo A (youth, junior, sub23 y élite) y los primeros 20 hombres y 20 mujeres del grupo B (grupos por edad), a excepción de las categorías alevín y benjamín, que tendrán una única competencia.

Para este nuevo año, los participantes de benjamín harán triatlón y no duatlón, como se acostumbró en temporadas anteriores.

Distancias:
Benjamín: 100 metros de natación – 2,5 km de ciclismo – 0,5 km de atletismo
Alevín: 200 metros de natación – 5 km de ciclismo – 1,2 km de atletismo
Súper Sprint: 400 metros de natación – 10 km de ciclismo – 2,5 km de atletismo
