Costa Rica – A lo largo de los últimos meses, el proyecto Comunidades en Movimiento – Campeones para la Vida ha recorrido muchos kilómetros de la provincia de Puntarenas, llevando no solo deporte y valores a los niños, niñas y jóvenes de las comunidades, sino también herramientas concretas para fortalecer la labor de sus instructores.
Desde regiones costeras como Puerto Jiménez, Bahía Drake e Isla Chira, hasta zonas rurales como La Mariposa, Volcán, Laurel de Corredores y muchas más, el equipo del proyecto ha visitado más de 50 comunidades activas, reafirmando su compromiso con el desarrollo integral de esta población a través de la actividad física.
Durante estas giras, se entregaron chalecos, caramañolas y materiales de trabajo, junto con capacitaciones enfocadas en liderazgo, metodología de entrenamiento y vivencia de valores. El objetivo va más allá de la dotación de insumos: se busca renovar el compromiso con principios fundamentales como el respeto, la amistad, el esfuerzo, el juego limpio, la solidaridad y el compromiso.
“Estas giras son mucho más que entrega de materiales, son encuentros para renovar el vínculo con las comunidades y reforzar el valor de lo que hacemos”, expresó parte del equipo técnico del proyecto. “Cada kilómetro recorrido representa el impacto que estamos generando en la vida de cientos de familias”.
“El chaleco no es solo una prenda, es un símbolo de que no estamos solos, de que hay un equipo que cree en nuestro trabajo. Eso nos impulsa a seguir dando lo mejor”.
Las capacitaciones han ayudado a entender cómo aplicar los valores en el juego. Hoy los chicos se escuchan más, se apoyan y comparten con alegría.
Cada visita representa una oportunidad para fortalecer redes, compartir experiencias y construir entornos donde el deporte sea sinónimo de crecimiento humano. En cada comunidad, se vive el compromiso diario de los instructores que, más allá de enseñar una técnica, forman en valores y fortalecen el tejido social.
Con más kilómetros por recorrer, Comunidades en Movimiento reafirma que la transformación se logra con acción, constancia y presencia. Porque cuando el compromiso se combina con el propósito, cada kilómetro cuenta.
