Selección Mayor Femenina de Baloncesto 3×3 lista para brillar en Asunción

Nuestra Selección Mayor Femenina de Baloncesto 3×3 se alista para asumir un nuevo reto internacional representando a Costa Rica en los Juegos Panamericanos Junior Asunción 2025, que se celebrarán en Paraguay del 15 al 17 de agosto.

El conjunto nacional está integrado por Alexa Alfaro, Allison Torres, Amanda Fernández y Fiorella Araya, jugadoras que han destacado en el baloncesto costarricense por su habilidad, competitividad y constancia. Bajo la dirección técnica del profesor Fabián Díaz, el equipo ha trabajado en sesiones intensivas de preparación física, técnica y táctica, enfocándose en la velocidad, precisión y toma de decisiones rápidas, características esenciales de la modalidad 3×3.

Durante tres días de competencia, nuestras seleccionadas enfrentarán a potencias continentales en un formato dinámico y exigente, que combina intensidad, estrategia y resistencia. El debut será el viernes 15 de agosto, seguido por jornadas clave el sábado 16 y domingo 17, donde cada partido representará una oportunidad para sumar victorias y acercarse al podio.

Este evento no solo es una vitrina para el talento femenino costarricense, sino también una plataforma para fortalecer el desarrollo del baloncesto 3×3 en el país, disciplina que ha ganado popularidad a nivel mundial y que incluso forma parte del programa olímpico.

Con determinación, entrega y el respaldo de todo un país, nuestras jugadoras buscarán dejar en alto el nombre de Costa Rica, demostrando que el corazón tico también late fuerte en las canchas internacionales.
