¨El proceso no fue corto, inició desde el año 2020, fue por medio de Mariela Iglesias y la Fundación, a lo largo del mismo Male fue cumpliendo con una serie de ensayos, exámenes y procedimientos, se le enviaron videos al entrenador del colegio y al final se logró la obtención de la beca por cuatro años para ella¨ comentó Alvaro Montero padre de María Alejandra.
¨Estoy muy emocionada y un poco asustada, el colegio es enorme, pero super bonito, esta semana tuvimos la oportunidad de ir a conocerlo y me encantó, deseo adaptarme bien primero a la parte educativa y luego estar jugando baloncesto que es mi gran pasión¨ nos contó Male.
María Alejandra estará en Groton School por los próximos cuatro años, está ingresando a noveno grado bajo el sistema Boarding Shool, un internado en donde los estudiantes viven dentro del centro educativo y tienen todas las facilidades.
