El Comité de Ética de la FCRF hace del conocimiento público las siguientes resoluciones en los casos que han sido presentados del 2022 a la fecha:
Expediente 001-2022
Proceso: Denuncia del Fiscal de la A.D. Municipal Liberia, por manejos irregulares en la aceptación de un grupo de inversión del club.
Por tanto: “De conformidad con lo expuesto, razones de hecho y derecho esbozadas, al estimar que no existe ningún elemento ético o moral que deba ser investigado por esta Comisión, se ordena la desestimación de la presente causa, de conformidad con los numerales 28.2 y 59.2 del Código de Ética.”
Expediente 002-2022
Proceso: Denuncia del Comité Ejecutivo contra Steward Gómez Chévez, por manejos de dinero en un viaje de la Selección de Fútbol Playa a El Salvador.
Por tanto: “Se declara al señor Stewart Alberto Gómez Chévez responsable de los hechos investigados y con ello haber infringido el Código de Ética, por lo que se les sanciona con la prohibición de participar en cualquier actividad relacionada con el fútbol en Costa Rica por el término de un mes, iniciando a partir de la notificación de esta resolución, así como al pago de multa por la suma de 300,000.00 (Trescientos mil colones).
Expediente 003-2022
Proceso: Denuncia del club Jicaral Sercoba contra la A.D. Guanacasteca y Club Sport Herediano, por supuesta multipropiedad entre los clubes.
Por tanto: “De conformidad con lo expuesto, razones de hecho y derecho esbozadas, al estimar que no existe ningún elemento ético o moral que deba ser investigado por esta Comisión, se ordena la desestimación de la presente causa, de conformidad con los numerales 28.2 y 59.2 del Código de Ética.”
Expediente 004-2022
Proceso: Denuncia del Comité Ejecutivo contra Kiang Rivera Yep, por uso de documentación falsa para inscribir a un jugador en el equipo A.D. Santos.
Por tanto: “Se declara culpable al señor Kiang Rivera Yep, responsable de los hechos investigados y con ello haber infringido al Código de Ética, por lo que se le sanciona con una multa económica por la suma de trescientos mil colones y una inhabilitación por tres meses para ejercer cualquier cargo dentro de una institución deportiva o comisión de la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol.
Expediente 001-2023
Proceso: Denuncia anónima contra el señor Luis Rodolfo Villalobos Montero, por la aceptación de un regalo cuyo valor sobrepasa el límite establecido en el Código de Ética.
Por tanto: “Se declara al señor Luis Rodolfo Villalobos Montero, responsable del hecho segundo de la imputación realizada en el presente procedimiento y con ello haber infringido el Código de Ética, por lo que se les sanciona con una amonestación.
Expediente 003-2023
Proceso: Denuncia presentada por el árbitro Keylor Herrera Villalobos, contra los árbitros instaurada de oficio los árbitros Hugo Cruz Alvarado, Benjamín Pineda Ávila, David Gómez Araya y Pedro Navarro Torres, por haber hecho públicas conversaciones privadas.
Por Tanto: “De conformidad con lo expuesto, razones de hecho y derecho esbozadas, al estimar que no existe ningún elemento ético o moral que deba ser investigado por esta Comisión, se ordena la desestimación de la presente causa, de conformidad con los numerales 28.2 y 59.2 del Código de Ética.”
Expediente 004-2023
Proceso: Denuncia presentada por el Comité Ejecutivo, contra el señor Christopher Cardoso Leigton, por el uso de marcas registradas de la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol.
Por Tanto: “De conformidad con lo expuesto, razones de hecho y derecho esbozadas, al estimar que no existe ningún elemento ético o moral que deba ser investigado por esta Comisión, se ordena la desestimación de la presente causa, de conformidad con los numerales 28.2 y 59.2 del Código de Ética.”
