Costa Rica, 17 de mayo del 2024.– adidas y la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol (FCRF) revelaron este viernes la nueva indumentaria de la Selección de Costa Rica tanto de local como de visitante. Bajo el mensaje de campaña “Nuestra Camiseta.
Nuestra Sele”, adidas y la FCRF lanzaron la “nueva piel” ̈que vestirá a la Tricolor con miras al inicio de la eliminatoria mundialista y para su participación en el mayor torneo internacional de fútbol de América.
Inspirado en los abundantes elementos gráficos de las carretas típicas de Costa Rica, emblema de la identidad nacional y patrimonio de la humanidad, la camiseta de local tiene un diseño fresco e innovador que honra el arte, la historia y cultura nacional, donde destaca su base roja pasión, con un patrón original de figuras curvas y lineales en llamativos colores. El color azul de la bandera se refleja en el cuello, realzando su belleza.
La camiseta de visitante encontró su inspiración en el respeto y cuidado en Costa Rica por sus riquezas naturales, y el privilegio de estar rodeado de dos océanos, el Océano Pacífico y el Mar Caribe. El color blanco con tonos azules simbolizan las olas y la fusión de tonos de ambos océanos.
«Estamos emocionados de presentar la nueva camiseta de la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol. En donde se reflejan no sólo el espíritu vibrante y la pasión del fútbol costarricense, sino también su rica cultura. Estamos seguros de que esta camiseta se convertirá en un símbolo de orgullo para todos los ticos y ticas, y esperamos verla brillar en el campo de juego” declaró el Gerente General de adidas Salvador Mothe. “Les deseamos muchísima suerte en los próximos torneos”.
Por su parte, el presidente de la FCRF, Osael Maroto, destacó el orgullo de que todas las selecciones nacionales lleven en sus uniformes valores fundamentales del país. “Lo más importante es que a los aficionados les guste este nuevo uniforme que nos representará donde quiera que vayamos. Hablamos de identidad, de que vibre el corazón de todo Costa Rica cuando se porte esta camiseta y se entone el himno nacional en cualquier parte del mundo. Son dos camisas que definitivamente llevan el sentir del tico, y además, de la mano de la más alta tecnología de adidas” afirmó.
Fabricado con materiales reciclados, el uniforme ultra transpirable incorpora las últimas innovaciones en materiales de adidas, como la tecnología AEROREADY, una tecnología que mantiene a los aficionados cómodos y preparados al controlar el sudor y ofrecer una sensación seca.
