La Sele Sub 20 Femenina intensifica los entrenamientos con velocidad y potencia física

La Selección Sub 20 Femenina continúa con los entrenamientos de preparación para disputar el Mundial que está a pocas semanas de dar inicio.

Acumular tiempo de trabajo y desarrollar intensidad física durante los ejercicios, son algunos de los puntos que se busca implementar en las jugadoras durante esta concentración que se realiza en las instalaciones del Complejo Deportivo FCRF-Plycem.

“La preparación física se ha concentrado en estas últimas dos semanas, al inicio nos concentramos mucho en la parte táctica con el modelo de juego que el Profe quiere implementar”, comentó el preparador físico, Allan Rodríguez.

También el cuerpo técnico busca por medio estos entrenamientos aumentar velocidad y potencia para apoyar el sistema de juego que va a utilizar la Tricolor durante el Campeonato Mundial.

“A partir de este mes serán tres semanas de preparación física, concentrándonos más en la parte condicional de ellas, ganar un poquito de carga y soltarlas en la recta final al Mundial”, aseguró Rodríguez.

Esto es parte de lo que será la preparación de la Sele Femenina para su participación en el Mundial Sub 20, que se disputará del 10 al 28 de agosto en nuestro país, en donde tendrán que enfrentarse en fase grupos a las selecciones de Australia, España y Brasil.
