A falta de una fecha para que finalice la segunda vuelta del Torneo de Clausura, los equipos de San José en masculino y femenino ya aseguraron su pase a semifinales del torneo.
Tras finalizar la fecha 13 del torneo, San José es líder en la tabla femenina de manera invicta con 48 puntos, seguido de Goicoechea con 42, UNED es tercero con 35 y la UCR es cuarto con 24 puntos. La tabla la completan UNA con 12 puntos, las actuales campeonas nacionales con 11 puntos en la sexta posición y Cartago cierra la tabla con 13 puntos.
En la rama masculina, San José solo ha perdido un encuentro en todo el Clausura, contra Belén en la fecha 12, y marcha líder con 43 puntos, seguido por Atenas con 42 puntos. El equipo con mayor ascenso en las últimas semanas ha sido Belén con 29 puntos, arrebatándole el tercer lugar a UNED que ahora es cuarto con 27 puntos.
La tabla la completan Cartago en quinto lugar con 21 puntos, San Carlos es sexto con 11 puntos y cierra con 2 puntos Aserrí que no ha logrado ganar ningún juego en esta segunda vuelta.
Aún hay algunos encuentros de reposición por jugarse para determinar la tabla de posiciones definitiva y los clasificados a la segunda ronda tras finalizar la fecha 14 este fin de semana.
